The Centre for Educational Programmes is a unit within the Archimedes Foundation - an independent body established by the Estonian government in 1997 with the objective to coordinate and implement different EU programmes and projects in the field of training, education, research, technological development and innovation.
The Centre for Educational Programmes contributes with its activities to the development of Estonian Education and to the rise of the competitiveness of Estonian education and people in Europe and the world. We mediate the added value gained from international cooperation to Estonia by supporting the development of lifelong learning, furthering international cooperation in all fields of education and enabling international mobility for scholars and teachers/trainers.

The Centre for Educational Programmes implements the EU Lifelong Learning Programme and other educational initiatives in Estonia.
